Comme on peut dire "petit mais mignon" , en effet c'est un studio d'une seule pièce aménagé d'un lit de 140x 190 avec une literie de bonne qualité. Nous avons optimisé au maximum l'espace. La Salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés. Il est situé à 50 m d'une boulangerie , dans le centre ville de Chateau-Gontier. Possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue gratuitement.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.).
