Hovden offers fantastic natural surroundings and numerous activities year-round, including hiking, bike trails, hunting and fishing, swimming, downhill skiing, and an extensive cross-country ski trail network, as well as an ice rink, a golf course, and a shooting range (clay pigeons). There is a large water park/fitness center in the city center.

New cozy little log cabin with great location right by the fishing water, many great fishing waters in the immediate vicinity, berry picking, great hiking terrain, prepared ski tracks and just a few minutes drive from Haukelifjell ski center. The cabin is about 27 m2, one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. Plenty of room for 2, but can sleep 2 in the living room and. Here you can leave the car parked during the whole stay and walk to the ski resort, city center, water park and hiking areas. Beautiful handcrafted log cabin at Haukeli with Ski in/out from Haukelifjell Skisenter. At 970 m above the ocean, the snow is guaranteed in the winter, and beautiful hikes start 20m from the door. 18 beds- unable to update from 16 persons due to Airbnb limitations :-) You drive all the way to the main entrance door.
