100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

The territory of the villa is very beautiful! It was a little offensive about how much the bushes were cut off in the spring (almost to bare branches), but they did not spoil the appearance of the location much. The wooden residential house is full of amenities and very, very cozy. It is wild to be in it, and it is tastefully equipped. The additional structure with a dining room, kitchen and lounge room is also great, we spent most of our time in it while visiting the villa. A separate plus for the billiards table) Communication with RIS was comfortable, we arranged several times to visit the villa before booking and check-in. Responded to messages always quite quickly and always to the point The only disadvantage of this beautiful villa is the rental price. The location is very beautiful, but due to the high price, you can't just come here to relax for a weekend: such expenses can only be justified by some special event

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Almost new apartment in a quiet area near the city center,beds are comfortable,shower with great pressure,elevator, we had a lot of luggage. I mistakenly booked the apartment a day earlier, the funds were non-refundable,but with the help of Michael the money was returned to the account,I recommend as a friendly professional!

Ani's house was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything you needed to cook and have an excellent time. The view was simply extraordinary. The building is surrounded by nature, and the yard has a playground. A great time is guaranteed. You can be reached from the building to the center in a few minutes by car, and it is also a pleasant way to walk. I'm so glad I discovered this house. I will be back soon 🤗

Excellent location of the apartment, everything is available

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

We had a great stay it was right next to the cascades and mother Armenia monument and theme park. Great apartment and great pool and amenities for the kids.

All great. It was cozy, clean and comfortable. Great view of the city and amazing sunsets.

First of all Hosts are wonderful people, Victor make you feel that you know him from longtime, He responds immediately, Very Friendly, The apartment is beautiful, clean, renovated, you have beautiful view and nice balcony, Location is good, 2 minutes walking to restaurants supermarkets and pharmacy, You have everything you need near you and 10 minutes walking to the republic square, And also available electric scooters 🛴 in few steps, no need to walk 😉 I recommend it They deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!
