Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway.
