Welcome to our beautiful mini-house located on a beach property, a short drive from Preikestolen. The guest house is for two people with a 160 cm bed, parking space just outside the door, wireless internet, smart TV, kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kinds of utensils (pots, plates, glasses etc). Bathroom with shower and toilet inside the guest house. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wall-mounted panel heater in the main room. The guest house has a private entrance and is separate from the house, only 17 sqm.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

Samtidig ligger eiendommen sentralt med enkel adkomst til både Stavanger og kjente turområder som Preikestolen Det tar kun 7 minutter med bil til Stavanger sentrum, og nærmeste dagligvarebutikk ligger 600 meter unna Fleksibel innsjekk Dersom du har behov for tidligere innsjekk, er det bare å ta kontakt. Vi gjør vårt beste for å tilrettelegge når det lar seg gjøre.

Det er også stekepanner og gryter.Det er ikke innlagt vann,så vi fyller opp vanndunk med rent drikkevann,som kan brukes til både matlaging og til oppvask Det er satt opp utedo utenfor hytta Leie av sengtøy 150,- pr.sett pr.person Ved 120,- pr.sekk.

Velkommen til Fjordbris! Her kan du få en overnatting i det naturskjønne området Dirdal med en uforglemmelig utsikt. Med kun noen få meter til fjorden får en nesten opplevelsen av å sove i vannet. Alt av fasiliteter er tilgjengelig enten i minihuset eller i kjelleren til butikken Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg like ved. Gårdsutsalget ble i 2023 og 2025 kåret til Norges beste gårdsbutikk og er en liten attraksjon i seg selv. Rett ved siden finner du en badstue som kan bookes med like god utsikt.

Opplev norsk natur med fantastisk utsikt over Giljastølsvatn. Hytta er plassert i skogen og har sol fra den står opp til tidlig kveld (sommerstid). Langrenn skiløype er rett utenfor døren. Etter en lang skitur/gåtur senker du deg ned i luksus Jacuzzi av øverste kvalitet. Hytta ligger nær turområder, vann med svømme/fiske muligheter. Hytta har lav takhøyde, i gammel stil. Hytta ble fullstendig renovert 2020/21. 1 soverom i hytta med dobbeltseng. Sovesofa i stue til 2 personer etter avtale.

Lovely apartment on the 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a dining place. Close to the center of Stavanger and Hundvåg. Transport with bus takes around 10 min to Stavanger and 3 min to Hundvåg. 5 min walk to the best bakery in Stavanger, Buøy Bakeri. Also possible to take a nice walk over the bridge to Stavanger to look at the nice view over the city and the fjords. Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.
