My place is close to the city center, public transportation, parks and nightlife. The place is suitable for one person but can accommodate 2 people. It costs NOK 200 extra per night if you are two. Bed (90 cm + mattress on the floor). There is the possibility to make simple food. Cooking plate, microwave ++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/toilet are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 197 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking in the street.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

The place is centrally located on Storhaug with 10 minutes walking distance to Stavanger city center - where you will find bus or train connections to most places in the region. This well-maintained apartment from 1905 that extends over two floors has retained much of the original charm such as solid wood walls, doors, rosettes and moldings etc. The apartment includes a dining room, TV room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an attic room with bed.
