Great stay at Sasha’s! Very private, peaceful and the hot tub and sauna make the stay relaxing and a treat!

We had a great stay! Hosts were super accommodating and we had everything we needed. Location is beautiful, right beside the beach, with stunning views of the lake. Really liked how quiet the place was, we would definitely book again!

Our stay at Dave and Bonnie's home was amazing! There was a lot of stuff to do at home itself including hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, TV etc. They also provide kayaks and bicycles to make the experience more memorable. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they had put up a mini decor for us 😇 All parts of home also had mini notes to help guide you with the small details. Places to eat at walking distance. Dave was super responsive and very kind to us during the trip. Book this place without hesitation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Patti and Dennis’s place! The location is stunning- right next to the lake with great views. Patti and Dennis were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. We stayed with our 5 month old puppy, and they were so accommodating about it. We arrived earlier than the planned check-in time as our travel time was less than what we predicted. It meant a lot to us as first time pet travellers that we could check-in early. The home was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We had to leave the place early unfortunately due to work call and couldn’t enjoy kayak or paddling that they offered. Highly recommend this gem of a stay to anyone looking for peace, beauty and genuinely lovely hosts!

We had a great 4-night stay and would highly recommend Portage House. It’s a really comfortable, well-equipped place and Kathy and Jeremy were perfect hosts - friendly and ready to help or provide advice whenever asked. We were so happy to find out about the local second-hand bookstore! At the same time, they also gave us the privacy we like to have on holiday. Even though it was the end of May it was pretty cold. We were thankful that the heating warmed things up so quickly whenever needed. We had a busy time, going out to some social events, and we looked forward to coming “home” to our cosy cottage afterwards. Sadly, because of the weather we didn’t get to enjoy the waterfront too much. But thanks to Kathy’s extra blankets we were still able to relax on the dock and enjoy the beautiful view for a while. It would be lovely to experience Portage House in warmer weather too. Actually, our experience suggests that it would make a great getaway place for any season.

Lynn is a very friendly, warm person who makes sure that you are comfortable and has all of your questions answered. We were surprised to learn that breakfast is included as well.

Lesley and Josh's Airbnb made our home away from home a welcoming experience during a difficult time, while going through lengthy home repairs. We found the self-contained apartment to be very clean and well outfitted for all of our needs. If we were in need of something, they were more than happy to accommodate. We greatly appreciated that the house was on an older established street in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to the downtown core. Lesley and Josh were perfect hosts and they both made us feel welcomed throughout the many weeks of our stay with them. We certainly would not hesitate to highly recommend them to family, friends and others. As well as being personable and professional, they were genuinely kind and understanding people. The place was more than what I expected. Nadine provided everything we needed and we used her beautiful kitchen and got everything we needed. The washroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom was clean. Me and my husband had the best weekend at Wasaga especially at Nadine's cozy home. We are planning to come back on Summer for our Anniversary! This place was perfect for our trip to Algonquin the place was beautiful inside and out with everything you need if you were staying for a weekend or a week. MaryAnn answered any questions we had really quickly and everything was easy to check in.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment near Algonquin Park. The location is ideal for exploring the park and enjoying the many outdoor adventures the area has to offer. The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for a small family (we were two adults and one child). Our host was extremely friendly and welcoming, and generously offered the use of her Algonquin Park pass, which saved us the extra cost of visiting the park. This thoughtful gesture made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and warm stay close to nature!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Ann's place, it was quite, extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. The morning sunrise through the coloured window made the fresh smell of coffee even better! The lake view form the balcony was just the icing on the cake. Stunning place! Amazing host! Just can not say enough about this place! Just perfect in everyway!

The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that made me feel like I was in a secluded paradise. The property itself is aesthetically beautiful, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The decor is tasteful and elegant, and the attention to detail is impressive. The best part, however, is the peace and quiet that pervades the entire property. It's the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I found myself feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated during my stay.

The place was exactly how it was advertised and perfect for me and my child. We attended the ski rodeo and the fireplace was perfect for drying out our wet ski gear! The view was beautiful and I imagine a summer trip here for avid hikers would be awesome! The hosts were also so easy to talk to, and very quick to respond!

Don and Wanda were great hosts! Super friendly! They went above and beyond as they gave local suggestions of restaurants and hiking spots. Great area to visit with lots to do within a 10-15 min drive. The place itself is very spacious, clean. Beautiful views. Definitely recommend checking out Vetta Spa and Copeland forest for hiking.

Would give it 6 stars. She was accommodating with my needs and proactive in finding solutions to any issues. Also very responsive!

We had the best time at this lovely place. Deborah and Ross are amazing hosts and incredibly kind people. Thank you for everything :) the place is also super clean and feels like home! If you are bothered by bugs, don’t miss out to visit the lovely little store ‘zebra with a different stripe’ to get some great all natural bug spray!

The space is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need from kitchen essentials like to toiletries. The location is also very convenient. The host was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would. It was truly a wonderful stay.

We stayed for one night in this cute little loft and had everything we needed. The BBQ and air conditioning (both not listed in the amenities) were a pleasant surprise! We also had our own private beach spot with a fire pit, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed it thank you!🤗
