Introduction This is a sentimental accommodation “and relaxation” located in a quiet rural village in Yeoju. It is suitable for family or couple trips and you can spend a comfortable time in nature. Reservation Instructions Reservations are only available for families of 4, including infants, one couple, or two adults. Otherwise, please contact us before booking. It is difficult to book if you are more than two couples of adults or accompanied by visitors. Space composition There is a main building and a separate building on a site of about 200 pyeong, and guests can use the separate building (about 19 pyeong) and the front yard alone. The host lives in the main building. Surroundings You can take a walk on Yangjasan Mountain on foot, and you can enjoy playing in the water at Munbawi Valley, which is 10 minutes away by car. - This spacious accommodation is suitable for the whole family to stay. -You can have a party while enjoying a barbecue in a comfortable yard surrounded by flower beds. - In summer, you can enjoy light water play in the simple swimming pool (only in July-August, midsummer) - In the attic, children can jump freely, immerse themselves in movies with beam projectors, and relax comfortably. - The music room with drums, keyboard, amplifier, and karaoke is fully equipped with soundproofing facilities. How many times do you look at the sky every day? Hello. This is Hwi Seonjae, located in Gongjaam. Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. Why don't you take a break from the busy daily life by looking at a little farther and higher place? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the spaces are handmade by the father and son and are full of sincerity. There are three rooms in total, and there are two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.

다들 좋아하시는데 특히 남성20대~60대 단체팀들이 엄청 푹~~빠지싶니다. 단체로 가면 숙소들이 그닥 좋아하지 않는거로 알고 있습니다. 저희 공간은 단체팀에 최적화 되어있어서 잘 맞습니다. 워낙 공간이 넓어서 ....(보드게임동호회20명숙박하고가셨습니다.) 4인초과시 1인당 추가요금 있습니다. 공간1은 40평 파티룸(단독사용)이 있고 공간1/공간2 각각2층에 침실(10평×2)마련되어있습니다. 따끈한온돌방입니다. 빔프로젝트/ 노래방시설 준비(노래방은오후9시까지만사용) 세미나, 워크샵, 강연 가능하고 야외 잔디마당이 있어 눈과 가슴이 시원합니다. *여름 한시적 물놀이풀장설치*(안전은 호스트가 책임지지 않습니다) 카페 화목 난로가 고급스런 운치를 더합니다. 반려견과 함께 오셔도 됩니다.(시트침구가구손상시추가요금있습니다) 파티룸은 낮엔 커피숍으로 사용 중이라 4시부터 단독 사용 가능합니다. 주방시설 사용가능합니다.바베큐그릴 세팅 가능합니다.
