Our space is optimized for group teams, so it fits well. There was so much space... (20 people from the board game club stayed.) There is an additional charge per person if there are more than 4 people. Space 1 has a 40-pyeong party room (private use) Space 1/Space 2 Each has a bedroom (10 pyeong × 2) on the second floor. This is a warm ondol room. Beam Project Karaoke facilities are available. (Seminars, workshops, and lectures available) There is an outdoor lawn, so your eyes and heart are cool. * Installation of a swimming pool for a limited time in the summer * (The host is not responsible for safety) The cafe wood stove adds a luxurious look. You can come with your dog. (There is an additional charge for bedding damage) The party room is used as a coffee shop during the day, so it can be used alone from 4pm. You can enjoy various OTTs such as Netflix and Disney Plus through projectors, TVs, and tablets. 6. Amenities such as washing machine/dryer/dishwasher/Nintendo Switch are fully equipped. * The interior is 25 pyeong in size, and the accommodation is most suitable for 4 people, but additional bedding is provided. Our house is 10 minutes by taxi to Gimpo Airport It is located a 5-minute walk from Jeungmi Station on Line 9, so you can easily go anywhere in Seoul. My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen.
