Located directly on the shore of Lake Ammer is our small apartment. Super location, the balcony with lake view and private lake access offer a great stay. Especially children love the sleeping berths, for the comfort a kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle provides. This accommodation is ideal for experiencing nature, hiking, cycling or sailing, surfing. Beer gardens provide the physical well-being. Through the S-Bahn you can also be directly in Munich.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!
