The lake with good bathing possibilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, one double bedroom, another single bedroom (access via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The spacious 60m² flat is perfect for guests who are looking for a charming accommodation near Munich. From the accommodation you can reach the train station in Oberschleißheim by foot in 10 minutes and the city centre as well as the airport in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
