The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Direct S-Bahn connection (S7), 5 minutes' walk, 30 minutes' drive to Munich city center (main station/Marienplatz, Oktoberfest), A 95 connection. 8 km to Lake Starnberg, Garmisch can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Our accommodation is quietly located in the residential area near the forest (3 min) and close to the lake (10 min.). Everything is available in the village. And within walking distance. Beautiful excursions to the mountains, to the lake and to Munich. Wonderful resort. The palace park and beach can be reached in just 10 minutes. Beer gardens and restaurants are easily accessible without a car.

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
