Artistic, colorful home with magnificent views of the ocean in a quiet residential area. Our house is within walking distance of the beautiful historic center of Icod de Los Vinos where you can drink delicious coffee and have cozy restaurants. Around the corner are two large supermarkets where you can get your fresh sandwiches. You can walk to the beach of Playa San Marcos in 15 minutes. Uphill this walk takes a little longer ;-) There is a large bus stop next to the supermarket.

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful place. It is a few minutes walk from the center of Icod de los Vinos, famous for hosting the ancient Drago, one of the most emblematic symbols of the island of Tenerife. You can enjoy the beauty provided by the urban area. Close to shops, the Cueva del Viento, the town of Garachico, and 20 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz. The village is located between the south and north areas, ideal for exploring every corner of this beautiful island.

It´s strategically located to access San Marcos beach quickly, not far from the climbing area and surfing. There are many beautiful routes by bicycle and there are multiple hiking trails (the Teno nature reserve), visit the old town an enjoy the local cuisine. All this, far from mass tourism.

The Star Cottage

The ideal place to escape back to the peace and quiet of nature - Casita de las Estrellas is a cosy little studio self-catering cottage on Finca La Milagrosa which is a small permaculture farm in Northern Tenerife hidden away in a quiet valley above Icod de los Vinos. The accommodation is very private and features a heated outdoor shower on its own terrace with stunning sunset views and down to the ocean. We highly recommend a hire car as the finca is quite rural.
