Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Fantastisk hus tæt på strand/Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home with everything you as a guest need. Large bright living room, ceiling for kip, large bathroom and a bright kitchen with bar. The large terrace of the house has a Finnish bath (not Spa), outdoor shower with hot water - a wonderful meeting point. Wifi and 2 TVs with Airplay. Only 350 m to fantastic swimming beach and 3 km to Marielyst square. The terraces have umbrellas, outdoor table for 8 people, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sandbox and swing. Bookings are accepted from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Romantic annex in the heart of Marielyst

Flot anneks i romantisk stil. Huset er på 36 kvm. Køkken, stue, spiseplads og soveværelse i én, derudover er der badeværelse med brus. Terrasse med havemøbler. Huset ligger i naturskønt område i den del, som kaldes "det gamle Marielyst" En af Danmarks bedste badestrande ligger kun 300 meter væk. Det tager 5 minutter at gå til Marielyst torv, hvor der er skønne butikker og gode spisesteder. El afregnes på stedet. I 2023 nye vinduer og døre samt varmepumpe. The very small, but very quaint and cozy holiday home Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a beautiful kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, and a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, 3: 00 pm check-in time, 10: 00 am check-out time, is of course also more relaxed by arrangement! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 m from the water. With access to, shared private beach land, with bathing bridge. Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility and relax for a lovely sunset. Here are all the necessary amenities that you need.
