It is located on a large nature plot with Denmark's best beach just 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and soak up the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood-burning stove, which can be set up in the garden. Note: Guests are asked to bring bed linen, towels, etc. And electricity is charged upon departure.

The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in a rural setting in a protected area. Accommodation approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 pers. 4 bedrooms with room for max 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with a shower. Large brewer's. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

Genuine summerhouse atmosphere

If you go for real summerhouse atmosphere, you get an authentic charming summerhouse that has just been renovated. The summerhouse is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has an outdoor shower with hot water which is something special to start your day with a bath under the open sky or rinse yourself after a trip in the Baltic Sea. Nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400m away

Cottage with cozy garden close to the water

Welcome to a family summerhouse located close to the sandy beach in quiet surroundings and with 4 kilometers to Marielyst. The house is brightly decorated with a focus on recycling and sustainability. There is access to terraces on 3 sides. The last evening sun can be enjoyed by the fire pit. We are a family of three generations who own the house in a community. We especially enjoy the house's proximity to the sea and long summer evenings by the fire in the enclosed garden.
