There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in the spring of 2019. An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. Bike path a few meters away, numerous excursion possibilities, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
