Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet, yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area at mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is 15 minutes away.

Close to the Brandnertal skiing & hiking resort and the Brandnertal Bikepark.

Relax in this unique mountain lodge. A 2 1/2-room apartment that was completely renovated in 2020, with a completely redesigned interior. Expanded as a loft with noblest materials (Valser granite, castle parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, design fixtures). With a protected garden seating area and garden. A sunny, quiet location. Private entrance to the house, sauna in the annex. The ski bus is three minutes away.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
