There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). The Brigels, Laax, Obersaxen and Disentis ski resorts can be reached within 10-20 minutes by car. Thanks to the train station 5 minutes away, Tavanasa is also easily accessible by public transport. In addition, a family-friendly sports field is within walking distance.

You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
