C’est un studio de 20m2, moderne, avec une décoration épurée, au premier étage, dans une rue calme. Un supermarché se trouve au pied de l’immeuble. Un VRAI matelas 140x190 de 24cm d’épaisseur confortable et une TV connectée. La kitchenette est équipée de plaque de cuisson, d’un réfrigérateur, d’un micro-ondes, d’une bouilloire et d’une machine à café.

Lovely T1 bis in the city center. Ideal location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bicycle racks are provided (within the limit of 2) so they will be safe.
