It consists of a large bright living room, with a terrace, overlooking the side of the Erdre. The room is spacious and quiet. The apartment is located next to the Japanese garden of the Île de Versailles, a few very nice bars, the St Mihiel tram stop, a bakery and a grocery store. You can do anything on foot.
