Great location within walking distance of Grand Bear’s water park.

I had my bachelor party here and it was a perfect location for 13 guests! The house was very spacious and had tons of places to hang out and activities to do. The back yard was also absolutely beautiful. The host was very friendly and communicative. I would totally stay here again!

Highly recommend! We had a great stay and enjoyed our time there! It felt private, but it was also close to various activities and many restaurants.

The place looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. Parking was limited, but the inside was very spacious and very clean. Jill is great to work with and very nice! I let Jill know that we would be getting ready for my wedding there and she left a bottle of champagne with a sweet note. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, such a fun place to reconnect with friends and family for the weekend! Kristin was so hospitable and thoughtful. Every need was anticipated, from extra blankets and towels to a basket of treats when we walked in. Above all, Kristin was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay and was always available for any questions we had. Such a kind and thoughtful host. We will definitely be back!

Very quiet, very relaxing stay. Nice, cozy quarters with both front porch and back deck to stretch out. My family of four fit in perfectly. A nice weekend getaway to recharge. Definitely considering going again.

A Novel Stay was a great location for us. We went to fish at a tournament so needed a place close to the Lake. The home was extremely clean and had lots of extras. There was plenty of space to park and charge our boats. The Blackstone grill was great so we could cook for a crowd easily. The oversized games were a hit for the teenage boys with us and the coffee bar was a hit in the morning for the adults. I would definitely book this place again.

This home is beautiful! It was perfect for our group get together. We enjoyed playing on the water and relaxing in the house. There were lots of things to do outside (the lake, hot tub, fire pit, grill) and plenty to do inside (pool, darts, video games, board games, theater room,the walking pads (like treadmills). Lots of great seating throughout the house for lounging and visiting. Plenty of dining space both inside and out-we especially enjoyed eating on the back porch. Well equipped kitchen too! The view was incredible and we had a both fun and relaxing weekend rolled into one. Don’t hesitate to book! We can’t wait to return 😊 Oh! And the owner was great communicating-at booking, check in, and making sure we had all we need. Thanks again Corey

The place and property were amazing! Joe was very helpful when we locked ourselves out 😂. Very peaceful and secluded. We will be staying there again next year for sure and hopefully can have the rest of our friends stay at the silo next door. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite getaway!

The house was set up with everything a family could want. The beds were comfortable. The 4 outside sitting areas and huge dining table gave everyone room to hang out. Maddy had lots of board games and even a bag game that the kids had room to play in the family room. The grill/smoker was a wonderful surprise, too. We will book again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Lynda's cabin. It's right on Matanzas Beach, minutes from Havana. The pictures don't do it justice! The cabin felt much larger than expected. Lynda has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ grill. The views are gorgeous, and sitting on the deck or by the firepit during sunset is not to be missed. There are some great restaurants / bars in Havana, including Babe's, Stag Tap, Lulu's, and Riverside Grill. And of course Peaches for ice cream. Lynda was very helpful & checked on us to make sure we got in & had everything we needed. I would love to stay at the cabin again!

This stay exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfectly secluded, offering the peace and privacy I was looking for. The space was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority. It was also very affordable, which made it an even better value. My host was incredibly responsive and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering helpful tips throughout the stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean, and well-managed place to unwind!

The cabin was awesome, and the setting was beautiful. Caught four bass within the first five minutes of fishing right off the shore behind the cabin. The basement and Deck space were great aswell.

Our VRBO cancelled on us when we got there so we booked this and were checked in within a half hour. Host was responsive immediately and it was clean! We had a slight problem with some things beeping and he came over that morning to fix and offered us an extra night or late check out. The house was beautiful and peaceful and private. We did have 3 infants and it was a little hard sometimes because there are two staircases, and only one bedroom has doors (one is a loft and one is in the basement) but it wouldn’t have been a problem with adults or older kids. Our stay was great and we would definitely stay again!

Kristina was amazing at making sure me and my guests had what we needed. My guests received many great amenities and if we had known our furry friends could have come we would have brought them in a heartbeat 🤍 thank you so much for sharing your wonderful serenity with us!

Buck’s Cabin was most accommodating. The place is a hidden gem and the perfect getaway! I cannot say enough about Matt. He definitely went above and beyond to see that I had everything I needed and more. Talk about going the extra mile!!!!!!!He was definitely the perfect example of midwestern hospitality at its finest. I would definitely recommend Buck’s Cabin and am looking forward to my next stay there.

Justin’s and Katie were absolutely great, the house address is on a dead end road so your gps don’t take you exactly to the house but Katie explained everything to us and it was extremely easy. We drove in brome buff ny and had to drop off some stuff early they had no problem. Justin was also great him and his friend Austin helped us with some hunting information and were very knowledgeable about where to go places around the town 10/10 recommend if your looking to stay in a “remote cabin getaway” only downfall is I’m booking it again for this week next year and you can’t have it 😂😂😂

Wow, this place was exactly what we needed. Total privacy, fresh air, and just the right kind of quiet. The signal was spotty, which honestly made it even better.....we fully unplugged and loved it. The cabin was cozy and stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t get to use the fire pit because it was a bit too windy during our stay, but it looked like the perfect setup for calmer nights. The deck lights up beautifully in the evening, and the stars? Absolutely unreal. With zero light pollution, it was one of the most humbling night skies we’ve seen this year. Great hosts, great spot, great time. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

The cabin was beautiful! Very spacious and plenty of room for our family. Pictures and listing were very accurate. The building is set toward the back of the resort so it was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, which is important to us since we like to do a lot of cooking together as a family. Everything was extremely clean . The lodge is very close to many restaurants and shops, so we didnt have to travel far for something to do. Ryan was very quick to respond whenever we had questions for him. Thanks for a great stay! We plan on booking again the next time we are in the area!

We would love nothing more than to save this place just for us but that would not be fair. This place was simply amazing, you will not regret staying at Sweet Water Lodge! Whether you are staying to go ride side by sides or just hang out by the amazing pond (with bouncy toys) there is something for everyone here. Sweet Water Lodge will not disappoint at all!
