Stylish 2-room apartment located in the district of Schwäbisch Hall (about 2 km to the center). The bakery, Lidl and bus can be reached in a 3-minute walk. Separate bathroom and bedroom. Bright living/dining area with new kitchen (fully equipped with electrical appliances). In addition, a sofa bed is available in the living room. The terrace invites you to linger and allows a view into the beautiful garden. All rooms with underfloor heating, parking space on the property available.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung im Untergeschoss mit eigenem Eingang, perfekt für Gäste, die eine ruhige und komfortable Unterkunft in Schwäbisch Hall suchen. Ausstattung: Eigene Küche und Bad Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Mit dem Bus sind es nur 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, und wer lieber spazieren geht, kann die Innenstadt in etwa 30 Minuten über einen Wanderweg erreichen.

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

The apartment is an annex to the landlord's house. The apartment was built in 2023 and is modernly furnished. The property is spacious, green and in a quiet location, with very good connections to the transport network and the A6 highway. The region is known for numerous hiking trails in the Jagst Valley, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The town of Kirchberg offers a beautiful old town and a lively castle.

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located across the hall. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

Green idyll 90 sqm 1-6 people

Our apartment "Green Idyll" is located on the 2nd floor on our former agricultural estate with old trees and invites you to relax and linger. Kirchberg Castle is 1.5 km away and within walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The Kocher-Jagst cycle path leads directly through Kirchberg. There is a bicycle parking space and numerous hiking opportunities directly from the apartment.

Welcome to our newly renovated self-contained apartment. Through the common large entrance area you can reach the basement via a wide staircase. There you will find a bright and friendly apartment. Everything you need is available. A washing machine is also available in the laundry room on request. A spacious parking lot is at the house. The center is a 10-minute walk. There are shopping facilities nearby.
