Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept detached house at the end of a play street, sunny balcony, kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with large Double bed in country house style, cable TV, Internet access, nice large bathroom. Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shore of Lake Constance, sunbathing lawn and gardening directly at the lake only about 400m away, about 900m to the station Fischbach, to the fair about 6.5 km. Baker and bus stop at 300m.

Finkennest 🐦Vacation Rental🐦

We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Rad-Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Welcome to beautiful Hagnau am Bodensee! The small fishing and wine village has the perfect location for trips around Lake Constance. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house and is about 30 square meters. In a few minutes you can walk to the town center (500 m) with various restaurants, ice cream shops, shops and of course Lake Constance (300 m), which invites you to swim. A covered terrace allows you to sit outside even in bad weather.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .
