Holiday rentals with a patio in Immenstaad

I felt very comfortable, slept great and started the fair well rested every day. The morning bread service was also very helpful, always on time and Christina was always available for questions. Unfortunately, since I was at the trade fair in Friedrichshafen, I hardly came to enjoy the great location of the apartment. But maybe I will do that another time, because I will be very happy to come back and spend a few vacation days there:)

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right near Lake Constance, and very quiet. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful, she gave us many tips for the city and was always available when we had questions. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again anytime.

We had a wonderful short break at Adelheid's. Even the rainy weather didn't bother us with this panorama. My 80-year-old parents were able to enjoy the whole beauty of the lake from the sofa. The breathtaking accommodation definitely keeps the promise of the photos on Airbnb. And Adelheid was so nice and accommodating. Gladly again.

We recommend this place to anyone visiting Zurich! The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. Milan was so friendly and hospitable, which really added to the experience. We would happily stay again!

super nice place in such a central location, we were super thrilled to be close to the lake shore and harbor and had a nice time. Place has nice amenities and a full kitchen, washing machine and cozy living room. Second bedroom has two chairs that fold out into mattresses, best for children as they end up low to the ground, shorter than an actual bed and not entirely flat. paid parking on the street (as is the case all over the city) we recommend using the easypark app for convenience

The accommodation was very good and practical for us as a family with a small child. Baby bed, high chair and baby dishes were available. The covered terrace was also great for enjoying the evenings. Small, but nice and without a lot of frills - we thought it was great! 😊

All around a great accommodation, very modern and chic. The owner is a super sweet woman in the next house. She is very helpful if you have any questions!

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Very nice and modern apartment. With everything you need. Perfect for 6 people for a few days. Good location and a lot to discover all around.

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

Thank you for having us in your beautiful home. It's very comfortable, decorate with love and a lot of taste. All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. It's beautiful little sheep, they love it. We are walking in the village and in the forest around, very easy. At night we saw little deer 🥰 on the road. Thanks Eva and Yves

Very welcoming family! The accommodation was Superb, a very nice decoration everything was extremely clean when I arrived and for my trips as I slept during the day I couldn't find better than that! Great host. Excellent communication

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.
