Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours. The bathroom is rustically furnished and has a beautiful wooden floor. They do not expect luxury in our house, but a cozy and loving atmosphere as in grandmother's times. Old but GOLD

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
