Holiday rentals with a sauna in Immenstadt

Check-in via code, apartment very tastefully furnished, everything was available, we lacked nothing. Everything is tip-top clean. The madness is the terrace with the view, we almost didn't want to go home again. Dorothea lives right next door. Very, very friendly and reserved. The natural idyll all around offered us the perfect relaxation. Lake Constance is about 11 km away, no restaurants in the village. Shopping facilities easily accessible by car. The stay at Rolf's place was remarkable. It is spacious and roomy with all the comforts of home and more. The restoration to the facility was amazing and well thought out. Everything was well stocked, and we did not lack for anything. Rolf greeted us and gave us the grand tour and was available for any recommendations for things to see and do. We were centrally located to all the must-see places. We were not more than an hour or hour and a half from the things we wanted to do, so it was easy to daytrip out. The surroundings were lovely, with all the neighboring fields and countryside. Walking the streets in the morning was refreshing. Our friends that came with us had never been to Europe before and this was a great experience.

Beautifully furnished chalet with wonderful views. The apartment is spacious, superbly equipped and in an absolutely quiet location. The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing vacation. In addition, the host is friendly, helpful and always responsive. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

It was perfect, full 5 stars for Daniela. We had a great weekend in Imsterberg, the apartment is super well maintained and clean and with its own sauna, of course, pure luxury. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. We would come back anytime and also recommend Daniela as a host anytime. 1000 thanks!😊

Great apartment 20 minutes walk from the center of Oberstdorf. Due to its location on the hill, there is a great view of the mountains. The glazed sauna also allows this view and can be used at no extra cost. From my point of view, the apartment is perfect for young families as baby equipment (travel cot, changing table) is available and close to the city. In addition, there are some beautiful hiking trails around the apartment, which we have used every day (with baby carrier). We have experienced Christian's place as a great alternative to our city apartment. Quiet, close to nature and clean. Christian was always available and clarified minor problems with sauna and heating directly with us on the phone. Overall, we felt very comfortable and will return again.

It is a very nice, large and very clean accommodation. The large window in the living room was our highlight! We didn't need the TV because of the great view of the mountains 😊 We were able to take many beautiful hikes from the apartment... We would come back anytime. Thank you Nadia!

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze, is an absolute dream 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ We will see you at the latest next year at ZUT2026🙌

The place was very clean and modernly furnished and offers everything you need for self-catering. Fridge, stove and oven, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils are provided. The beds are comfortable, so we slept well. Right next to our apartment we had a swimming pool and sauna, which were free to use. Approximately 200 m away, you have the possibility to use a small fitness area or a table tennis table. Scheidegg has a small village center with some restaurants, a kebab shop and some bakeries. Communication with Sascha was easy and straightforward. We recommend this place :)

Experience was very amazing! The hosts provided an abundance of information and instructions that were very clear and translated! The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and very easy access to the lake and restaurant nearby. The apartment was really clean and well put together. The color scheme and furniture of the apartment were very well chosen by the hosts and really felt homey. The only issue was that we didn’t stay longer!

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

Very nice and clean apartment. There was nothing missing in the apartment, many small details were thought of that are not always self-evident. The communication between Jana& Adrian was very warm and helpful. The surrounding area is very beautiful with many hiking and excursion possibilities. We can recommend the apartment with a very good conscience.

Our short break in Claudia's apartment was highly recommended! Nice and quiet, big enough for two people and the apartment's amenities were great. The view of the mountains was especially wonderful. We also liked to use the pool and sauna. Sights, hikes and restaurants were quick to reach. We would come back :)

Great spot and we'll located if you want to enjoy Allgäu Surroundings. Diane was always helpful and patient as we arrived a little bit later as planned. definitely will recommend it.

Our stay at this stunning Swiss mountain apartment was nothing short of magical. Nestled right between the majestic peaks pf Amden, the location offered panoramic views that looked like they were straight out of a postcard. Every morning we woke up to the serene beauty of snow-capped mountains and crisp, fresh air — it was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end amenities like sauna, we felt completely at home and cared for. What made the experience even more special was the warmth and attentiveness of our host - Pascal who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. If you’re seeking peace, beauty, and elegance in the Alps, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it should be good and cozy. The sauna and the whirlpool rounded it all off perfectly 😊

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

We had a wonderful stay in the very well-equipped house. The sauna and the cooling pool were especially nice.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was carefully and lovingly prepared and we were personally greeted and introduced to the house and surroundings. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful, covered veranda in front of the house with a view of the garden. We would choose the Vroni vacation home again at any time.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet holiday home estate, a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly furnished, very clean and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information on current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend a stay at the Hirsch Chalet.

We had 4 great days in Bregenz. Annemarie greeted us with a still-warm cake. The house leaves nothing to be desired. The beds (mattresses) are very good. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is easy to find and is directly adjacent to a hiking trail to the Pfänder. The city center of Bregenz can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The view of Lake Constance is amazing.
