Das Ferienhaus Eixer am Bödele gehört zur Gemeinde Schwarzenberg in Österreich und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe des Skigebiets Bödele. Das idyllische Ferienhaus liegt umgeben von den Bergen des Bregenzerwaldes und bietet eine warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre für Menschen, die Ruhe, Natur und Authentizität suchen.

Our cabin is located in remote meadows at 900 m above sea level. From the village and the infrastructure so familiar to us all, you are still only 15 minutes away. The beautiful Lake Constance and the high mountains in the rear Bregenz Forest connect directly to the low mountain location. At the hut, our family and guests enjoy the enchanting tranquility. The conversations by the fire invite you to reflect and the children lose themselves in their fantastic worlds around the witch's house.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Beautifully located vacation cottage, with rustic simple amenities. You are away from the hustle and bustle, but still quickly in the village to get fresh rolls, etc. Great starting point for smaller hikes and about 5 minutes from the Alpsee. In winter when there is snow, you cannot drive to the hut. Then you have to walk about 10 minutes. Luggage transport is possible by arrangement. Heating is with wood, in the bathroom there is a small electric fan heater.

From the wooden veranda, your gaze sweeps over the historic old town of Mindelheim. In front of you, water gushes powerfully from a large granite rock and flows down the stream to a pond. Not only the pond terrace invites you to chill. The terrace with the large lawn also offers a place of relaxation.

The cottage is located in beautiful Kühberg, just a seven-minute walk from the Oybele-Halle car park. A perfect place for relaxing, listening to the sound of the Trettach river and the birds chirping while enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. The hiking trails lead directly from the front door into the picturesque Oytal or Trettachtal valleys. The outdoor fireplace or the crackling fireplace indoors invite to spend cosy hours.

Wake up in the morning overlooking the Achtal and enjoy the view of Wolfegg Castle all the way to the Allgäu Alps. You can set up the chair and table in or in front of the trailer and take a break from everyday life on the edge of the donkey pasture. Authentic wooden house

The house was built in 1928 by my great-grandparents. As a professor at the Academy of Arts, he went to the house with students to devote himself intensively to art. Much of the furniture dates from this period and reflects authenticity. It is a wonderful hut with a lot of atmosphere and not a modern chalet. The house is made entirely of wood. There you can experience the feeling of "back to the roots" to the fullest and come to peace.
