The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

Our air-conditioned apartment in a former farm building of our farmstead offers a quiet bedroom on the first floor with direct access to the bathroom with a comfortable shower. Very nice stay in Oestrich-Winkel A very charming, clean and well-equipped apartment! There was nothing missing. The location is very good: in a few minutes you can be at the Rhine, or in one of the many wineries in the area. The hosts were very friendly and always available. The check-in was completely uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay in Bingen am Rheim at Marcus’ place. He is a great host who is extremely responsive. We appreciated the coffee he left for us and the chocolate. The apartment is spacious, very clean, quiet, and walking distance to the beautiful parks and walkways along the Rhine. The kitchen has all the amenities you need and the washer and drying rack are a big plus. I highly recommend Marcus’ Airbnb. If you go to Bingen, be sure to take a boat ride along the Rhine!

We had booked the apartment for my parents who had to move out for renovation work in their apartment..... We were very happy how they were received by Ulrike..... The apartment was as described, the contact with Ulrike was extremely friendly and accommodating.... the parents felt very comfortable with her and in her apartment... ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED..... Great hostess....
