Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

The beautiful half-timbered house is over 200 years old and has been completely renovated. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom, On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms. Top floor: living room, reading/study room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Landlord: uses the office!

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine & dryer provide comfort. Darts & a common lounge offer relaxation. Parking is available right in front of the house.
