Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, including part of the Southern Upland Way; tributaries to the salmon and trout-rich River Tweed; and also many miles of forest trails for adventure seeking mountain bikers, our accommodation will appeal to anyone with a love of the great outdoors. 2 miles to the village of Innerleithen for all local amenities & several pubs!

Ideal for families, disabled guests, groups of friends and adventurers, fishing, golfing, walking, mountain biking, the deerstalker, sailing, arts and crafts, historic border towns and stately homes. As well as the usual facilities we provide unlimited Superfast WiFi, Sky TV with free sports and movies, all linen, towels, a welcome pack and consumables, from tea bags to tomato ketchup at no extra cost.

Cosy and comfortable, our cottage is in Innerleithen in the heart of the beautiful Tweed Valley. Perfect location for mountain or road biking, hill walking or fishing. This is no sterile rental, it's our family home away from home. Ideal for 4, the house suits couples or families. The cottage is a stone's throw from the main street, and all amenities. Enclosed garden with summerhouse, please note not directly adjacent to house, jetwash for bikes. One dog per booking, subject to house rules.

We are ideally situated for mountain biking at the 7Stanes mountain biking centres at Innerleithen and Glentress .We offer secure bike storage and bike washing facilities. Morningside has a patio and use of a shared garden.

The combined kitchen and social area is the perfect place for chilling out after a long day in the hills and the fully kitted out kitchen means you can get some hearty food on the go. Our bike room with full tool set is accessed from the house so you know your bike will be safe all night.
