The 40 sqm apartment + 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

My accommodation is located directly on the Walchensee shore with many sports facilities for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. The Duke's estate (the cable car can be reached on foot - you have a breathtaking view), the Benediktbeuern Monastery - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the well-known Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Castle - all offer interesting outflow destinations.
