We are a Dutch couple that migrated to Austria and opened Mountain See Lodge January 2020. Whether you're looking to melt into a good book, raise your adrenaline, or raise a glass, you can have it all. You'll experience the enchanting views of the Tyrolean Alps, and finish your day in pure enjoyment as you settle into your own holiday home, where no detail has gone unnoticed. Capture the time and space to spend quality time indoors & outdoors with the ones who matter most.

Mountain Chill - Room with balcony& breakfast included

Welcome to your retreat in the middle of the mountain climbing village of Trins. This lovingly furnished room with balcony offers you a perfect mix of comfort and simplicity – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. From the front door you can start directly into nature – whether hiking, ski tours, climbing or just walking. You can also quickly reach the Bergeralm ski resort. For a relaxing break, our cafe with a small terrace and mountain views invite you.

Apartment with two bedrooms

There is a wardrobe at the entrance. Here you can go straight to the first bedroom (double bed). There is a kitchenette along the hallway towards the living/dining area. Arriving in the living and dining area, you will immediately see the cozy sitting area and the chill couch, the TV and much more. From there you will enter the bathroom and the second bedroom. There is a total of 6 people in our largest apartment – ideally you are 4 adults and 2 children.

We are so keen to share this enjoyment of relaxation and sports with others that we have ensured that we can offer people accommodation for a holiday in the beautiful Ötztal in Tyrol, where there is literally something for everyone. You can enjoy yourself sportively or relax and enjoy nature. You can enjoy culture, history and culinary delights at this unique, tranquil place to stay.

Bathing with a view of the Zugspitze

New!!! Since May 23, 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². Here, alpine charm meets modern comforts. The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitz massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

Room with a view and free parking

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. A buffet breakfast can be booked on site for € 19 per person/night. 1 person single room 2 person double or twin bed room for more persons I will gladly make an offer - just send a message

Kordiler Haus

The Kordiler Haus is an original ancient tyrolean house, recently refurbished maintaining the same original structure and materials. A great charm place ! The area available is on two floors , all in stone and wood, with a huge window on the valley. It's equipped with original ancient furnitures and many cozy details. It's near the ski arena and can host up to 8 persons. con due bagni, cucina funzionale e ampio tavolo da pranzo.

Located directly at the ski slopes, hiking trails and mountain bike trails! Our house offers a cozy, family atmosphere! Sunny and quiet location directly at the valley run, t-bar lift, ski school and bike park. Ski in/out, bike in/out. Ideal starting point for all kinds of sports, summer and winter. Playground at the house. We are bike home partner: lockable storage room, laundry service (for a fee), bike assembly stand incl. tools.
