Mit 50-60 m² sind die Standard Maximilian Appartements unsere kleinste Kategorie mit einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche, ein gemütliches Sofa mit Schlaffunktion und ein zusätzlicher Loungesessel zum Entspannen. Ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und ein geräumiges Bad mit begehbarer Regendusche runden den Wohlfühlfaktor ab. Die Appartements sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen und Ausrichtungen (Süd, West oder Nord) verfügbar und auf Anfrage auch zur Einzelbenutzung möglich.

Nur 3 Gehminuten vom Dorfplatz von Neustift entfernt befindet sich das Appartementhaus Dorf.Apart. Unsere voll ausgestatteten Appartements bieten genügend Platz für die perfekte Erholung in den Tiroler Bergen. Die praktisch eingerichteten Apartments im Dorf.Apart verfügen über eine Küchenzeile, kostenfreies WLAN & Balkon. Für unsere Gäste haben wir ausreichend Parkplätze in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Frühstück ist gegen Aufpreis (€ 15,-- p.P.) in unserem DorfCafe sehr gerne möglich!

Welcome to your retreat in the middle of the mountaineering village of Trins. This lovingly furnished room with balcony offers you a perfect mix of comfort and simplicity – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. From the front door you can start directly into nature – whether hiking, ski touring, climbing or simply walking. You can also quickly reach the Bergeralm ski resort. For a relaxing break, our café with a small terrace and mountain views invites you.

Apartment with two bedrooms

There is a wardrobe at the entrance. Here you can go straight to the first bedroom (double bed). There is a kitchenette along the hallway towards the living/dining area. Arriving in the living and dining area, you will immediately see the cozy sitting area and the chill couch, the TV and much more. From there you will enter the bathroom and the second bedroom. There is a total of 6 people in our largest apartment – ideally you are 4 adults and 2 children.

Room with a view and free parking

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb.
