The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. There is also a baby cot and a high chair available on request for a fee.

You can relax in your own whirlpool & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be made for two more people (located in the same room!)

Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
