Cottage holiday rentals in Inverhuron

Our group of 7 adults (3 couples plus a single) stayed for 7 nights while we volunteered with Habitat for Humanity on the nearby Saugeen First Nation. This was an ideal location for us given its proximity, and it was exactly as advertised in terms of condition and amenities. The hot tub was definitely used regularly in the evenings along with the very comfortable TV room downstairs to keep up on hockey and baseball games. Otherwise we were away all day and had little time to use many of the other games and amenities. Everything was very clean on arrival and Melicent was very communicative and responsive to any inquiries. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, spices, and other basics - probably one of the best airbnb's we've rented in this regard. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and relatives, and would definitely book it again if we make a return trip next year

A Perfect Getaway in Every Way! Our stay at this incredible riverfront hideaway was absolutely perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking scenery, the peaceful surroundings, and the immaculate condition of the house. The home itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every little detail made it feel like a luxurious retreat. The outdoor space was amazing, the private hot tub was perfect for unwinding under the stars, and the river view was simply magical. It’s also a paradise for kids! They can spend hours having fun at the arcade or enjoying the little playground outside—the hosts truly thought of everything! They were incredibly easy to contact and even offered us an early check-in, making our stay even more seamless and enjoyable. This place is a dream, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Steve and Jane's quaint and cozy cottage! The beautiful view and the sound of the water made our time spent there enjoyable and peaceful. The cottage was clean, instructions were clear and they had everything you might need to make your stay a wonderful one. I booked Jamal’s bnb for a girls weekend and we had a great time! The weather ended up being pretty chilly over our stay, but that didn’t end up being an issue because there was so much to do at the cottage! The sauna especially is awesome and super spacious!

Cute little A-frame cottage by the lake. Perfect getaway for my family of four. The sunset views of the lake were stunning. We had lots of fun chilling in the hot tub and making s'mores by the fire pit. The location was quiet and serene and the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Tracey and Aahil were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

This is a great place! Very clean, warm and inviting. It had everything you could need. Cheyene was very friendly and quick to respond. The backyard was nice and spacious and the fire pit and hot tub were perfect in making our getaway enjoyable and relaxing!

Our family had an incredible birthday weekend at this beautiful Goderich Airbnb! The place instantly amazed us, featuring a cozy living room and bedrooms, stunning decor throughout, and an outdoor living area with a 9 person hot tub. Thoughtful touches like birthday candles, wine, and a fancy Nespresso setup made it feel extra special. The community was quiet with easy to find trails which provided stunning views of Lake Huron. The hosts were proactive, quickly providing extra towels, dry firewood, and ensuring the hot tub was spotless. Highly recommend—we’ll be back!

We had an incredible weekend staying at the Blyth Brook Cottage. The space was perfect for our quiet and outdoorsy girls weekend. We particularly loved the large open living area ft a BEAUTIFUL large screened-in garage door, the gorgeous scenery and hiking trails, and the beautiful pond and fire pit areas. We really enjoyed having all queen/king beds in 3 different rooms, which worked perfectly for us. Everything was spotlessly clean and beds were super comfortable. We felt right at home. Melanie was a wonderful host who gave very clear and helpful instructions. We enjoyed a delicious meal just down the road at Cowbell, too - def a must if you are at this cottage! We all said multiple times that we would love to come back here during all seasons. It would be absolutely stunning in the fall. Thank you for a phenomenal experience!

Our stay at Sahil's place was perfect for our group of five. Sahil is an excellent host. He reached out to us on numerous occasions prior to our visit to facilitate our arrival.

We all had a wonderful Easter weekend at Katelyn's cottage. Location was perfect and the cottage had everything we needed. Lovely place, very clean and comfortable. Grandchildren enjoyed having an Easter egg hunt in the backyard, and later, smores by the campfire. Perfect long weekend!

The cottage was so wonderful for our stay in Southampton for a wedding. It was cozy, clean and comfortable and in such a beautiful location right on the river. Beth and Jeff were so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be able to visit again and spend more time relaxing on the deck and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thank you Beth and Jeff!

Had a really great stay at the Surfhutte! It was very cozy and comfortable. Beach view and location was fantastic. Mathew was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It's perfect for families of all ages to visit!

Great little place. very lovely stay. only down fall is too many spiders but that is not the hosts fault. loved the private yard and very close to the beach. Michael gave great suggestion on places to go.

Amazing spot! If you are looking to get away from the city and just want to unwind this is the place to go. Very peaceful and the host is excellent. Very unique log cabin. Had a great get away with the boys. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The cottage was spotless and well stocked. Brand new appliances and a bbq were an added plus. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and walking down to the beach not far away from the cottage. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful home in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and walking trails. Loved our time there and would definitely go back. House is cozy and has wonderful decorations and pictures. Easy walk into town along the beach boardwalk. Julianne was a great host and very responsive to our questions etc. Loved +++ the outside seating area.

I had a wonderful get away at The Pebbles. The location was great and very close to the beach. Catherine is very responsive and assured I was comfortable. The local recommendations were fantastic! The cottage is cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Huron and it's spectacular sunsets.

Great stay. House was clean and well laid out. From the coffee bar to sundry items, this place is well stocked. Christa has done a great job in making you feel welcomed. Lots of outdoor seating in front of and back of the house. Fire pit on the beach was a family favourite. Stores and shops are not walkable. However a 15 minute drive gets to you Kincardine or 30 mins to Goderich. For good food at a reasonable price, recommend West street Willie eatery in Goderich or ice cream at the Hollyrood general store. There is one bedroom and bathroom on main floor which is great for anyone with limited mobility. We will be back. Thanks Christa!

First of all a big thanks to jaime for providing the best place for Christmas get together The cottage is well maintained and everything which is included in our stay exceeded the expectations. Quiet and private space with fully equipped kitchen, cozy couches to relax, comfortable beds and of course the best view of the lake. As we have enjoyed our stay for the Christmas holidays and will surely plan for the stay in summer to enjoy the beaches and decks. Again thanks to jaime for providing us the best Christmas gift
