The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Dieses gemütliche Doppelzimmer mit einem charmanten Landhausflair erstreckt sich über 22 Quadratmeter und ist ideal für Paare oder Gruppen von bis zu zwei Personen. Der Raum verfügt über einen ovalen Eingangsbereich, der sich in ein Doppelbett öffnet, zwei gemütliche Sessel und einen Schreibtisch mit Fernseher. Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über ein helles Badezimmer mit Dusche, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Fenster mit Blick auf einen weiten Wald mit einem plätschernden Gebirgsbach.

My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

Our Hainbuchhof is a detached farm with small animals, on the southern slope of the Högl, 4 km from the village of Anger, with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. You will find peace and relaxation on our wonderful sun terrace and spacious sunbathing lawn with playground and giant trampoline. We offer a comfortably furnished holiday flat and four cosy guest rooms with bath/shower and WC as well as a cosy lounge with guest kitchen and rich breakfast.
