Ob Skilanglauf im Winter oder Wandern / Mountainbiken im Sommer - man ist sofort mitten in der Natur. Und in wenigen Minuten im Dorf. Beautiful apartment in the Chiemgau Alps. From the balcony you have a stunning view of the mountains. Whether skiing in winter or hiking / biking in summer - the perfect place all within 5min walking distance to the village centre.

Our apartment with a south-facing balcony is located close to the mountains and in winter close to the cross-country ski trail. The Lofer and Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski resorts are also only 20-30 minutes away by car. The center of Inzell is a 15-minute walk. There are restaurants, butchers, bakers and other shopping facilities (Penny and Edeka are a 12-15 minute walk away). We are happy to recommend a few cafes/restaurants in and around Inzell, if needed.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
