Stacey was very friendly and communicated proactively from the moment I reserved her place. The location is great - walking distance to the sports complex and, weather permitting, to downtown IA City. House is extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a great visit. Stacey clearly puts forth an effort to ensure her guests enjoy the house.

Cozy Private Lower Level Suite

Stayed for a night at Sevil’s place because we were driving through Iowa City - it was exactly what we needed for just a day to rest and relax. We had everything we needed, so much space to stretch out, and the giant television was perfect for watching shows. The couches were so comfy I fell asleep on one of them! We appreciate you having us for the night, thank you for hosting us!

Katie’s place is very clean, spacious, quite and nice. I had a great time staying their and would stay again in a heartbeat. Hands down one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot for work. Katie was very responsive and communicated well. Check in was a breeze, bed and pillows were comfy. If you decide to stay I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Friendship Rental whole house

Fiona's place was a perfect gathering spot for extended family to visit. We only stayed one night but we would have been very comfortable staying longer. Six adults and children. The lower level was great for the kids to hang and watch a movie while the adults caught up upstairs. Plenty of comfy seating on both levels. Beds and bedding were nice. Fiona and Jess were very responsive and left many treats throughout house, including bottled water. We would definitely stay here again, with the option of just renting the upper or lower level if just my husband and me. Way more pleasant and fun than a hotel! Pretty and quiet neighborhood.

The room was beautiful, and the proximity to Cornell's campus and to downtown Mt Vernon was perfect. Kim had my room ready in advance of check-in time and generously let me "move in" early--a much-appreciated kindness. I'd love to stay here again and highly recommend the venue!
