Glasnakille Wigwams

MarieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Francis was a great host, the Wigwam was lovely and in a great location. Plenty of room for two adults and two dogs. Shower and toilet were just a few yards away, lovely hot shower and the facilities were spotless. Nice quite roads to walk along. Great to hear the unusual bird song of the Snipe from the accommodation. If you want to get away from the busy tourist spots on Skye and enjoy wonderful scenery I would definitely reccomend a stay here.

11 Tarskavaig (The Willows), B&B, IV46 8SA -Room 1

It was a nice bedroom with an attached bathroom. A queen bed and a twin bed it was great for a one night stay. It was in a very, quiet, rural area with a 5 mile, one lane road off of the highway. A nice to-go breakfast was provided. We arrived and the instructions were on the front door that told me which upstairs bedroom was mine. Another 3 girls that rented the other room, were in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There was a shared microwave and mini fridge outside the two bedrooms upstairs.

The Studio - Isle of Skye

KevinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The location was very peaceful, just the sound of the birds and the occasional sheep. Lovely view from the property. Tastefully decorated and very spacious. Not that far from some nice restaurants and cafes, in Dunvegan. We visited Dunvegan castle which was a great day out, only about 15 minutes drive away. We even spotted a seal in the Loch from the Dunvegan car park. We also did the two churches walk in Dunvegan which gave great views across the Loch.

Claigan House B&B, by Dunvegan- King Room

TessaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We absolutely loved our stay at Maureen and felt at home the minute we arrived. Maureen is extremely helpful, polite, warm and friendly. She has great recommendations for visiting the area and even provided us with tea and a snack for on the way. The room is spacious and has nice little nooks to sit and enjoy the view, the bed is quite large aswell. The environment is breathtaking and quiet with a beautiful coastline and lots of wild animals that you can spot from the house (sheep, rabbits and even some deer if you are lucky). We would definely stay here again.

Shepherd's hut with best view

JesseRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lena’s place was absolutely beautiful! The views from the Shepard hut were breathtaking and was a short walk to the Old Inn Pub and Restaurant and Talisker distillery. It was private, quiet, and was exactly as advertised. We can’t wait to stay again the next time we are in Scotland!

Spacious cabin beside the sea

We had a fantastic stay at Rachel’s place on Skye! The house was exactly like the photos - clean, modern, and comfortable. Rachel was a great host, quick to respond and very welcoming. The dishwasher (with separate cutlery tray), strong shower, and fast Wi-Fi were all great. The huge garden was a bonus, we even saw a deer! The view is stunning, and on clear days you can spot the Old Man of Storr from the street. The house feels new and the bed is comfy, though bring a sleep mask if you're light-sensitive as it doesn't get very dark at night. Only thing we missed was a microwave, but heating food in a pan worked fine. Parking was easy, and we really appreciated the fresh bread, coffee, and tea waiting for us. We even had a nice chat with Rachel and her lovely kids. Thanks again for everything, including the Sticky Willy! We’d love to come back. Five stars: well deserved!
