The 60 sqm garden apartment for 2-4 people is located between Munich and Freising. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area with a box spring sofa bed. In the basement is the bedroom with 2 windows and a 1.80 m wide bed. In front of the house, the bus runs to the S-Bahn and to Erding. Opposite is a Rewe market. There is a terrace with awning and a secluded, completely fenced garden. Pets are welcome and a private garage and parking are available!

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a box spring bed and a large wardrobe. In front of the entrance area there is a seating area at your disposal.
