In the basement the bedroom with 2 windows and a 1.80 m wide bed. The bus to the S-Bahn and to Erding leaves in front of the house. There is a Rewe supermarket across the street. There is a terrace with awning and a secluded, completely fenced garden. Pets are welcome and a private garage and parking are available!

Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
