Holiday rentals with beach access in Isola delle Femmine

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We felt incredibly comfortable. Andrea and his team make absolutely everything possible. They picked us up from the airport themselves. Andre was also very accommodating to us at the end of our trip when it came to checkout. You don't often experience so much kindness and friendliness. Everyone responds very quickly to messages. And as for the accommodation, you can only say that it looks like the pictures. The balcony is a dream to relax. We spent every evening and morning there. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook for yourself and the bed is comfortable. We were 100% happy and I can only strongly recommend everyone to book this accommodation if they have the necessary money for it.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

A fabulous Apartment in the best location. It is better than the photographs, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The panoramic views are wonderful.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

Flippo E Anna’s place is very nice. She and her husband are super hosts and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You can walk to the absolutely beautiful beach with fun restaurants/bars on the water in minutes. It is a really quick drive from Palermo airport too. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part, but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only the blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very pleasant. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop five minutes away. Many thanks to Giada and her kind father.

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Leti's apartment was great. We had a private outdoor terrace/balcony where we watched the world go by when we weren't out ourselves. There is a plethora of restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 dinners we made there, all with supplies from the grocery store down the street. The 2 separate washrooms were also very convenient with 4 of us staying there. We very much appreciated the coffee maker, which brewed American-style coffee. There was also an espresso machine Leti's apartment was a great spot from which to explore the strip in Modello and the surrounding area. Thanks very much, Leti!

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! The apartment was extremely spacious! It was also impeccably clean! So many thoughtful amenities are included in every room. The microwave and washer/dryer is such a plus too. The large terrace had beautiful views of the sea, mountains and sunsets. Natale was always available to answer all our questions. Don’t just assume something doesn’t work. He will provide detailed instructions when you ask questions. Parking is free and we always found a close spot. This is something that you don’t take for granted if you know about parking in other towns nearby. Overall it has been our favorite place to stay in this area!

We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to stay longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and a beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the place with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

My husband and I spent four nights at Daniele’s place and just simply wish we could stay there longer. The apartment was very nice; spacious, fresh and very clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the harbor. Parking spot, right by the apartment, was priceless. Daniele and Claudia were amazing hosts; kind, friendly, always super responsive. We would love to stay in their place again!

Santo was very warm and kind. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the center. Best location possible. I was also lucky enough to receive a very nice cultural gift from beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying several days and traveling by car wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!
