Our house is a newly restored original stone building in the center of Foça, close to everything. It is the house where I was born. There is a large hall at the entrance and 2 bedrooms with sea view on the upper floor, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. All materials used consist of first class wood and stones. All electronic equipment and central system are air-conditioned and each room has a separate appliance. There is a well-efficient air-conditioning system for heating and cooling. Hot water is available continuously with an electric water heater.

Rıdvan Apart Houses are located in Balıklıova, one of the cute places of Izmir, Urla. The hotel is open all year round. There are balcony, bathroom, fridge, cabinet, blow dryer, towels and internet connection in the hotel rooms. There is also air conditioning, a stove, a telephone, a television, a toilet, a satellite broadcast, a work table, a tea-coffee machine and an iron. Hotel rooms and general areas are cleaned regularly. The hotel accepts children of all ages. There is a children's park around the hotel.

You can stay with your family and loved ones in our house with 6 beds in total.
