I would like to thank Mr. Ali for everything. He is a very kind, understanding and friendly person. He helped us with everything. We never felt like strangers. Nina, the friendly dog of the place, is a very smart dog, and we played together all the time. I can say that it added joy to our holiday.

First of all, I would like to express my endless gratitude to Mr. Mert and his wife for the service and gestures they have offered us. I would like to state that the pool is private and they make their guests feel like family members. It is one of the most suitable and comfortable areas you can find in the Urla region.

Everything was very nice. A clean house, a perfect location. The most beautiful beach was 20 steps away. It was a relaxing holiday where we went everywhere on foot, which we enjoyed immensely, and we never took the car out. If we come to Foça again, we will definitely stay at Miniq Home's houses.

We were very pleased with the hospitality of Mr. Bekir and Ms. Delphine. They were very helpful with our needs and demands. The house was spotless, and although there was almost everything you might need around, it is located in an area where privacy is extremely well protected; we had a great time as a family for a few days. In terms of location, Artemis is very close to historical textures such as Ephesus and Pamucak Beach. We were able to enjoy our time in the garden and pool and see every place on our tour route. We said that it was as we saw in the photos and read in the comments of the guests before us 🧿

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Staying at Duygu’s place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking nature — lush greenery, birdsong, and the most stunning lake view I’ve ever seen. Every morning felt like waking up in a peaceful painting. The sunsets over the water were simply magical. Duygu was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and truly thoughtful. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly in tune with the serene surroundings. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and soak in true beauty, this is it. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. It is a place in the middle of the peace that can really be recommended and it was full of quiet peace. The interest of the host was a privilege, as 👍in the pictures, yes. We had a wonderful stay as a family of six, including four young kids. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for family needs. The space was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for us to settle in and feel at home, even with a large group. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the little touches that made traveling with kids easier, such as ample bedding, kitchen essentials, and a cozy environment. Overall, we’re grateful for the hospitality and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Uğur and Aytekin were great and very friendly hosts. On request, they even allowed us to have a small celebration in the apartment. Although there were a little more guests than planned in the end, they weren't angry with us. They were also always easily accessible for questions or problems. The apartment was nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. I would therefore highly recommend it.

Melek’s apartment is a well lived in Airbnb, with amenities and even a stacked fridge included. The host is undoubtly an excellent one, she is communicative and friendly. When I had an issue with losing the key, she cancelled an appointment to make time to let me back in. I’m very thankful for this and for having me!

Volkan has many places on airbnb, and he runs them very well. It really suits my style off laid back chilled out. like coming home.

Nikos and his wife were caring, warm, and friendly. We felt as peaceful as in our home. The house was within walking distance to the center. We had the chance to stay in a beautiful and clean house with a nice view for 2 people with everything we needed. Thank you very much 😊

Mrs. Berrin and Mr. Kubilay welcomed us very warmly at the entrance. They even reserved a parking space in front of the house for us, we liked these kind thoughts very much. The cleanliness of the house and the amenities it offered were quite good; everything we might need during our vacation was available at home. In terms of location, there are many cafes, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity; it is also a great advantage that it is close to the tram stop for those who do not have a vehicle. The only difficulty is that it can be difficult to find a parking space from time to time due to the structure of the area. But other than that, everything was perfect. They kept in constant contact with us before and during the stay and supported us in every matter. Thank you so much for everything.

Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner. In conclusion, we highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. Françoise

Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, there is a small parking problem for those who will come by car, but we were satisfied with the cleanliness and other issues
