It is a very comfortable (68m2) and super cozy open space apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It has also many roof windows so it has a lot of natural light. It's ideally positioned within a walking distance from most tourist attractions, beach and public transport.

Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

It is located 8km from airport, 1,8 from the city center(the bus station is nearby).Many beaches are in the driving/cycling distance (about 3,5km-4,5km),as well as big shopping center( 1,5 km). Within a 100 m there are two great restaurants,we have fast internet and you can use our bikes as much as you want.Welcome
