Mit einem kleinen Spaziergang an der Kocher entlang kommt man in ca 10min direkt ins wunderschöne Schwäbisch Hall. Wer lieber mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, kann diesen direkt vor der Haustüre nehmen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht euch im Hinterhof zur Verfügung.

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The market square (known from the open-air games Schwäbisch Hall) and the Michaelskirche are only a few minutes' walk away. Just down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with its own access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. The spacious terrace and the unique view of the Steinbach Valley has its own charm in every season. The cozily furnished cottage invites you to feel good and relax.

Our light-flooded, lovingly furnished apartment is ideal for couples or families with children. It is very spacious at 75 square meters and is located in a beautiful south-facing location. As special highlights, the apartment has a conservatory and 2 terraces with seating. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom (with double bed and a pull-out day bed), a living room (with pull-out sofa bed), a kitchen, a bathroom and a conservatory.

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

The apartment consists of a larger living and sleeping area with bed, sofa bed, small dining table, TV and fireplace. The bed includes a pull-out guest bed. There is also a small kitchen and a small bathroom. The garden can be used to enjoy the sun and the view.
