We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

Your temporary home welcomes you in an open and bright space. The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful “Heimbachsiedlung” district and offers everything you need within a short distance. Bus stop, local shopping center, pharmacy and doctors ... everything in the immediate vicinity and in a few minutes you can also reach the city center of the industrial area West with everything your heart desires: Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, Denns, dm, hardware store, shopping and much more.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Stereo system with CD, turntable and USB connection, TV, Bluray, Wi-Fi, USB and Amazon Prime. Both rooms are used by you. Decorative items, books, CDs, DVDs and records are part of the equipment. Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.
