Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Jamaica

Zuma is definitely a gem. Our stay was very peaceful. Joyela's response time is quick and she always handle any issues (minimal) fast. Its a home away from home. Oh and the water is HOT 🔥....at the top of the list of places we've stayed!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was exactly what I needed. Somewhere private & peaceful. The communal pool was a very nice addition for days you just want to relax. My only issue was not having a washing machine, as I stayed for 3 weeks & without my brother living close & owning one, cleaning my clothes would have been a problem. Alecia was a great host & anything I contacted her about, she was very friendly & helpful. Overall I loved my stay & didn’t really want to leave. Next time I am in Jamaica, I will definitely be staying in the same place. Thank you Alecia for being a great host.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Very nice place to stay!

Janet and Rad are incredible hosts, this is our 4th time staying here. It’s our home away from home. They are very responsive, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The place is as described with lots of things to do such as Jenga just to name a few games. The beach pass to Puerto Seco was an added perk….Let’s not forget Jan’s famous punch. We will definitely be back again.

A fantastic family vacation. I had lots of questions and Jessica always responded and answered every single one. The house is amazing and the view gorgeous. The driver was totally worth it! Had lots of suggestions and great company. We really appreciated all the help and communication. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to be!

Sean and Mal were great hosts. I especially liked the fact that they were security conscious. That tends to be important for solo travelers. Additionally, they checked in often to make sure I was doing ok and helped to answer any questions that I had. Absolutely recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Christina was communitive & helpful as we even locked ourselves out at night once. The little air conditioners were really nice at keeping us extra cool & the water definitely got to scalding hot, be careful with that haha. She wonderfully provided a cleaning halfway through our week stay. Beautiful view of the beach on the balcony, we sat out there quite a lot. Very convenient location which we were thankful for! Thank you for our stay & will definitely return coming back to Ocho Rios!

I loved my stay at this Airbnb! The minimalist interior was stunning, and the furniture and decor were perfectly placed. The bedroom was super cozy, and the whole space was spotless and smelled amazing. Alexa was a lifesaver with the AC 🙂. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return – great space!

The place is perfect and for sure makes you feel at home ! Super clean. They have seasonings and condiments already there ! Plenty of towels ,paper towels , tissues… just everything you need ! And it’s decorated so cute ! Host is super friendly and responds quickly ! They even looked up things for me to do while I was there ! I will always book with them when I visit Jamaica !

My husband and I both loved our stay Vaughn was very respectful and always replied back when we reached out to him not only was Vaughn very helpful the groundskeeper Deno was very helpful as well we will be coming back soon! Better communication would've helped.

Carlene was extremely communicative and responsive to my questions. My uber driver had a little bit of a tough time getting to the property but with Carlene’s description, it made it a bit easier (we arrived at night so it added a bit of difficulty to ensure we were at the right property). But overall the stay was great and exactly what I was looking for!

One of my favorite AirBnBs ever. I’m still obsessed with the way the windows allow you to sleep with the sea breeze blowing right over the bed. The whole place has screen doors too and I didn’t see a single insect in the place my entire one week stay (rare from the other upscale accommodations I saw in Jamaica). Absolutely magical view, with access to incredible reef swimming/snorkeling. 10/10 overall! Also Tasha was extremely communicative and helpful when I needed some help figuring stuff out.

This is such a wonderful place to stay - would recommend to anyone visiting Montego Bay. Rohan’s place is lovely, it’s so clean and he’s taken really great care over small touches like make up towels, toothbrushes, beach towels etc. It’s really great location as well; you can walk to hip strip in 2 minutes and there are markets, supermarkets and amazing beaches and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walking. Great value for money - thank you Rohan!

As someone who works from home, I was looking for a quiet, peaceful environment, and this apartment delivered. It was incredibly serene, allowing me to stay focused and productive throughout my stay. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated with warm, inviting colors that made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I also felt very safe in the neighborhood, which gave me peace of mind during my entire stay. The apartment was not only comfortable and well-maintained, but also very cost-effective, definitely worth every penny. Sandy was a fantastic host, thoughtful and responsive, making sure everything was just right. I’ll absolutely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and quiet place to stay. Thank you, Sandy, for such a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed staying here! The place had everything I needed—fresh bed linens, room-darkening shades (which were great for sleeping in), and even a walk-in closet to make unpacking easy. It was super clean and felt like home. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and even shower gel, which was a nice surprise. The hot water worked great. The AC and ceiling fan kept the place cool and comfortable Especially when it’s 1,000 degrees outside. Overall, it was just an easy, chill stay. Would definitely come back again! Can’t wait.

Great stay at Konstyantyn & Nadia’s, everything was as described. Just a short walk to harmony beach and lots of different food options. The view from the balcony was amazing and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make quick breakfast and go. Plus there is a pool with a gorgeous view if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. I would 100% recommend it. Best bang for your buck.

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Many thanks to Hank and Wendy Jo. They were super responsive and helpful. They graciously allowed us to check in early for our anniversary. And even sent their housekeeper to check on us mid visit. The location is great, the best hot water on the island, and what a beautiful patio to take in the sunrise and the sunset. We will definitely be back. Thank you both!

We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! The area was perfect—safe, peaceful, and full of charm. We had access to a stunning private gated beach where we spent so many beautiful moments. The beach area had everything we could ask for—great food, good music, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The scenery was breathtaking, and every day felt like paradise. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. They made us feel right at home and were always happy to help when we needed anything. Even after check-out, they kindly let us leave our luggage for a bit longer, which was a huge help. We had such a good time here—it’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and authentic Ocho Rios experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed with my family at this great location. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and the pool is stunning, not too deep. Everything was perfect and Charles was a great host. I recommend this place whether is for singles, families or couples.
