Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jamestown

We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

Patty’s place is the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. My husband and I loved how quiet it was and the beach down the road was perfect for our morning coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting Patty and she was very responsive. We will definitely be back next year for another relaxing, quiet weekend together.

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Great location and very well appointed apartment. Including a lovely bottle of wine! It was very comfortable and the perfect launch pad for touring the city. There is some noise from the bars/restaurants below but with the air conditioning in the bedroom, you could not hear it. Perfect for a couple or two friends!

We stayed at this rental for the week of our honey moon. The second we pulled into the drive way the house exceeded any expectations we had. The house was super clean, comfortable, left stocked with things for the beach, pack and play, everything you could ever need- they thought of it. The host was super responsive and helpful with everything. We can’t wait until next summer to rent again! But this time for sure longer! Loved staying at Shannon's place! She was flexible, accommodating, and quick to respond. Everything was very clean and spacious for our five guests. About a 15 minute drive to newport and a 5 minute walk to a private beach. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous view, great location, clean, comfortable, I can’t say enough good things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We day-tripped to Boston and spent a lot of time in Newport, but we also LOVED the small town of Wickford that was close by. Lots of good restaurants. But I can honestly say I would have been content to just hang around the house and use the hot tub and kayaks. The back patio is incredible and the view is breathtaking. Get up and watch the sunrise over the water. You’ll thank me later. The place was only surpassed by the incredible hostess. Kelly was ultra-responsive, her restaurant recommendations were great, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Including borrowing her sister’s pack N play so we could have 2 since we had several young kids with us. She set us up with things we didn’t even think to ask for. You can tell she’s been a hostess for a while. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic Jamestown AirBnb in the perfect location. It was so easy to walk to everything. The house was tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. Everyone in the group said their bed was comfortable and they slept great. There was convenient storage in the bathrooms. Our group is anxious to return to Jamestown and will definitely stay here again.

I would give the Cottage 6 stars if I could! The place is really magical - every detail is so meticulously selected and beautiful inside and the location is so picturesque. My only complaint was the weather during my stay: it was chilly and rainy most days and we weren’t able to spend as much time outdoors as I would have liked. Steve and Dean were the most amazing hosts. They were so helpful and quick to assist. My in laws traveled with us and they were also blown away with the Cottage and care!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

We had a fantastic stay at Cape Newport for a wedding weekend! The home was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay! The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown Newport and close to the wedding venue, which made everything so easy. Our host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they truly care about creating a great guest experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Newport—whether for a wedding, a weekend getaway, or just to explore the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

This rental looked exactly like the pictures. The wine and bags of ice were very nice touches. The only thing that could have been better were some extra linens/towels. We stayed for 2 nights but we used this as a bridal suite while getting ready and ran out of towels quickly. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer for towels. It looks like they are slowly doing some updates so I’m sure it will look even more amazing when we come back. Can’t wait! Loved your home away from home.

The place was easy to find with parking right out front. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would recommend to a friend!

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From the location (incredible and walking distance to everything in downtown Newport) to the decor, cleanliness, & amenities, this airbnb was perfect for a girls weekend in Newport, RI. I only wish my stay was longer but I would book again in a heartbeat! Every single girl on the trip could not get over how perfect the airbnb was and how on earth I’d found it. Bragging rights forever, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
