Beachfront holiday rental in Japanese's Island

Super clean and organized environment, we ended up feeling at home since the apartment is really complete for everything we need! Dayanne was attentive and polite to us from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always helpful and gave us tips about the lakes region. Great!

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

excellent, tv in eaxh room and living room big tv. the only think that will make outstanding is if pool will be heeated, since we pay electricity its ok. everything very good

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

The house is a spectacle. Inside the beach literally. Wonderful place. We rent as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved it. The host was very communicative, the homemade Toquinho was also very kind and helpful. We love everything. We hope to return soon.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!

I loved the Loft. Super functional , even Air flyer has. Franci always very attentive, responding in a few minutes and the best of all is that it is foot in the sand. Township crossed the street, it's on the beach. I'll come back for sure.

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

This house and view was the highlight of my 30th birthday trip, the peace it brought , the views, the town around it with alternatives of food and excursions! The access to the beach, the amenities, I mean this place was everything and some!

Beautiful house with wonderful view

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

We love the place is as in the photos, they lend you bikes to be able to travel (just a little maintenance to the bikes, I put oil in the chains of all haha) after everything is incredible, I would come back again, the girl who gave us the key, she took care of us very well

It is a comfortable apartment, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, very complete in kitchen and appliances. It's just as it is in the photos. It is located in a villa-like complex with other properties, atmosphere is cozy in the evenings, it was very quiet and quiet to rest. Giselli takes care of all the details and is an excellent host. The apartment is very hot although it has air conditioners in both bedrooms. Thank you Giselli.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs something, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable sneakers for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

The most beautiful are the views the home has to offer

We were at Sunset Paradise House a week ago and it was really wonderful. It's located in a place with a beautiful view, 5 minutes from downtown by Uber, comes with everything you need, and Tabitha was a great host. I recommend it 100% and I would go back to this place.
