Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Japanese's Island

The house is spectacular, very well located and fully reflects with the photos. The house was clean and well cared for. Very well equipped. Mariana is out of the curve, super attentive, resolves everything immediately. I recommend.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Perfect experience at the beach house! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience was simply wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and very well organized. From the moment of arrival, it was clear the care and attention to detail that the hosts have. The service of the owners was exemplary, always helpful, and very attentive. They responded quickly to our questions and were genuinely concerned with ensuring that we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect and the house offers all the comforts needed for a memorable stay. I recommend it without hesitation and we will certainly return at the next opportunity! Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. Impeccable view, very good condominium, I hope to return more often

Everything was excellent: clean, comfortable and very nice. We loved the views and the whirlpool jacuzzi, wonderful! 🔥 You are just a few steps from the stairs of the Pontal do Atalaia and there are many routes to walk with incredible landscapes. More than recommended.

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back again.

Everything was very good!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

The house is fantastic, the condominium is very quiet and safe. The location of the house allows easy access to Búzios and the beaches of the region that are great for rest and leisure. The house is impeccable with very good decorative taste and very comfortable facilities. Anyway, we love our stay at Pili's house without counting on its warmth and easy communication. We will definitely return.

Located a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios (João Fernandes), a spacious house that already has several utensils and amenities (ping pong, chessboard, barbecue, etc), pleasant condominium with swimming pool. By car, it is reasonably near Rua das Pedras (about 10 minutes). Highlight for the 3 parking spaces available in the condominium. We had great family days in this accommodation! Great option for those who are in large groups and want pleasant days, with few concerns and options for activities even in the event of rain.

What a beautiful and magical place! I've never seen anything so beautiful, as we were at the Atalaia point, we had some trouble with food, so my tip is to go up with water and things from the market. Access there is difficult, but we ordered iFood and it arrived, but for breakfast the first day we had nothing and the second day we were able to buy! So, you're already prepared. But nothing that would take away the charm and beauty of the place, a perfect stay, I would come back a thousand times !!!
