There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Amanda was essential, I had difficulty finding it because it was night, and she helped me, I also had problems with the remote control battery and she made sure to send an employee to deliver new ones so that I wouldn't miss my series and listen to music on the television. Mr. Luís' apartment is very nice, it's very spacious. The building is quiet and safe. It is in the Center near markets, bars, shops, etc. You can do everything on foot, even go to the beach! Mr. Luís gave us tips for tours and was very helpful to us!! I definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

The location is great on the central avenue of Praia do Forte, with many shops nearby, and plenty of options for all tastes and budgets. The extremely flexible check-in and check-out, which for us who are from BH and came by bus and the schedules are peculiar, it was a great help to have these flexibilities. The hosts are very attentive and the communication is excellent. They answered all my questions before, during and after the stay. In short, I highly recommend this property.

I loved the accommodations at Alice's apartment! The place is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to request Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any delivery issues. My kids loved the environment, especially the lagoon. In addition, Monte Alto Beach is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

very good space. great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial center, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. thank you and I will always come back. if you want to walk it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy day and night the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio (a tip these 2)
